How does your Lowest Price Guarantee work?
If you receive a genuine written quote from another storage provider in Phnom Penh for a comparable storage service, simply send it to us before confirming your booking. If the quote is for the same level of service and storage requirements, we’ll beat their price by 5%.
The comparison must be for:
- The same storage size or volume
- The same storage period
- Similar pickup and delivery requirements (if applicable)
- The same type of storage (indoor, secure, non-self-storage or self-storage)
- A current written quote from a legitimate storage provider in Phnom Penh
What is the minimum storage period?
Our minimum storage period is one week, making it ideal for both short-term and long-term storage needs.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes! We can collect your items from your home or business and return them whenever you need them.
What can I store?
You can store furniture, household goods, luggage, business inventory, documents, sporting equipment, appliances, and most personal belongings. Contact us if you’re unsure about a specific item.
What items can’t be stored?
We cannot accept hazardous materials, explosives, illegal items, perishable food, flammable liquids, or live animals.
Is my storage unit secure?
Yes. Your belongings are stored inside our secure indoor warehouse with restricted access and regular monitoring.
Can I access my items at any time?
No. Our standard storage service is not self-storage, so items are not available for unrestricted access. If you need something returned, simply contact us and we’ll arrange retrieval or delivery. If you’re looking for self-storage with regular or 24/7 access, get in touch—we also have self-storage options available.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. We can supply boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other packing materials upon request.
Can you help me pack my belongings?
Absolutely. Our team can assist with packing, wrapping, and safely preparing your items for storage.
Do you offer moving services?
Yes. We can assist with house moves, apartment moves, office relocations, and transporting items into storage.
How much does storage cost?
